After the successful conversion and redevelopment of the former Grade II listed Lancaster Moor Hospital site, the PJ Livesey group launched Moor Park, a stunning collection of executive newly built homes and apartments set within the grounds of one of Lancaster’s most iconic buildings.

Due to the continued success of the development we are looking to recruit a Part Time New Homes Sales Administrator with the right skills, experience and attitude to provide exceptional service to our customers and outstanding support to our sales consultants.

Applicants with experience in the property sector are preferred

• New homes or estate agency sales experience
• Conveyancing and sales escalation
• Understanding of mortgage and finance
• Signing off properties to exceptional standards

POSITION: New Homes Sales Administrator – Part time (based in Lancaster)

HOURS: Working 3 days over 7 between 9am – 5:30pm (including weekend work) with overtime where required
