INDIVIDUALLY DESIGNED PROPERTIES
PJ Livesey director James Woodmansee, said: “This is a lovely site in a great location and we believe the houses we are planning here will be equally
special and highly sought after. As a company we do not have a standard house type so the properties have been designed individually to fit the locality and the topography of the site.”
“We have a strong affinity with East Anglia with many completed schemes such as Read Mills in Norwich, and also Whittlingham Hall and Crow Hall in Norfolk – all now thriving communities and desirable places to live.”
The Cedar House site was purchased by the PJ Livesey Group from Suffolk Coastal District Council as part of its consolidation of accommodation.
The Council’s current Melton Hall headquarters, which sit opposite the Cedar House site, are also currently being marketed with a view to converting into residential properties.
EXPERIENCE
James added: “The PJ Livesey Group has 35 years’ experience of converting historic properties into luxurious homes alongside developing bespoke, sympathetic new build homes across the UK.
This Development is Now Completed.
