Planning has been approved for The Historic Quarter, our redevelopment of the historic buildings at the heart of the Alderley Park Estate.

The creation of a new estate ‘village’ is part of a wider development of the 400-acre estate that will also see extensive new sports and leisure facilities including a new gym and cricket and football pitches as well as a new gastro pub with rooms and a farm shop.
