STORETON HALL BARNS
We’re converting two historic buildings on the development into unique luxury homes
At the heart of our Storeton Hall development on the stunning Wirral peninsular are two historic buildings.
Storeton Hall dates back to around 1372 and is the second oldest building on the Wirral after Birkenhead Priory. Work to convert the hall into two large properties is on-going and we have uncovered some interesting ‘grafitti’ left by workmen over the centuries.
These properties are not expected to be released for sale until mid 2021.
Neighbouring the Hall and looking out towards it is a stone built barn that used to serve the estate. It too is being converted into two unique homes and these have now been released for sale.
While both offer generous open plan living and four spacious bedrooms each one is unique with its own historic features and feel.

“Sales of the new build homes have so far exceeded expectations with 15 reservations so we are very pleased to be able to release the two barn properties.”
