Our conversion of the former Terry’s chocolate factory into The Residence has just been judged to be the best residential scheme in the whole of Yorkshire.
It is a great accolade and testament to the skill, dedication and flair of the entire PJ Livesey team involved in transforming this listed landmark into a wonderful place to live.
While The Residence was named Residential Development of the Year at the Yorkshire Property Industry Awards, our partners, Henry Boot Developments, picked up the Regeneration Award for masterminding the wider chocolate works site.
